The content of the training covers the topics such as sexualized violence in nightlife, bystander intervention and intersectionality in nightlife.
The topics are dealt through group work and reflection on experience, meaning that the training is fully interactive and is designed for each of the target groups specifically, so committed participation is required.

Nightlife professionals
and promoters
For:
promoters, club owners and managers, bartenders, DJ associations, bouncers and security associations, booking organizations, music performers’ managers

Festival
organizers
For:
organizers, promoters, booking organizations (music performers’ managers), entertainers and performers at festivals)

Professionals working in the drugs field
Networks and NGOs working in nightlife harm reduction teams at local and European levels,, teams dealing with psychosocial assistance in nightlife, peer educators, peers
